It’s a leader in broadband, TV, mobile, and plenty of enterprise functions too. But, BT isn’t just a tech expert – it’s a company driven by its fantastic customer service. The core message they wanted us to help communicate.
We were tasked to help change perceptions and fuel the imaginations of both their customers and the UK press.
In a cluttered landscape, it’s tough to stand out and be heard. We wanted to capture compelling stories with real people at their heart. So, we tracked down those real people, from talented young minds (supported by BT and its partnerships) to internal colleagues. We listened and turned their words into poetry, and we let them shine.
We worked late nights, early mornings and every second in between to make sure content was perfect and feedback was incorporated. We moved swiftly to make sure not one beautiful frame was missed.
And until now, we have produced over 30 different pieces of content – each a powerful motivator – showing the public that behind the computers and phone lines are real people… all with real stories, all ready to help.
